Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily quality assurance checks on products
- Support loading/unloading of trailers with team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
