Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, organizing, and counting of stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during the weekend shift.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Physically handle goods from incoming delivery trucks and outbound shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Equivalent education is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer terminals.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
