Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using handheld scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after paid certification)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level welcome
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM - 7 AM shift schedule
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
