Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and sort packages in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with quality control checks and packaging processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
