Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners and RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Maintain accurate inventory records in digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
