Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
