Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support team goals through consistent performance and reliability
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
