Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for timely dispatch to distribution centers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during shift operations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to/from the facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends
