Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid training
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to/from our Harbor Way facility
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently as part of a night shift team
