Responsibilities
- Accurately package and sort inventory according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete documentation and inventory tracking tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience necessary - we provide complete training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
