Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided).
- Experience: No prior experience required! We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
