Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and within compliance standards.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and strict quality assurance guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
