Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Packing and Sorting: Accurately pack, label, and sort products to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and workstations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (various shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required (Entry Level).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be willing to submit to a background check.
