What You Will Do:
Our Night Shift Associates are the backbone of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring our facility operates smoothly during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and stage customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team during handover procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), Monday through Friday.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
