Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and night shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with handheld scanners or computers.
- Attitude: Motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
