Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to and from trucks and storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately select items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; no experience is required—we provide full training.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
