Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise accurately and efficiently according to customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and order correctness.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers during the shift handover.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse technologies and processes.
