Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners to move stock and materials throughout the facility.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment, ensuring order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory organization to maintain accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring timely processing.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for scanning equipment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Driver's License: Valid state ID or Driver's License is required.
