Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform inventory counts and verify stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
