Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified candidates).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues and meet daily targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and shipping areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and verifying items.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and packaging.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
