Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate paperwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but we value attitude over experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
