Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock safely.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
