Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
