Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
- Operate material handling equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Document all activities in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
