Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before being shipped.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Stock Organization: Restock shelves and storage areas efficiently to optimize workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
