Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment after completing certification training
- Maintain organized inventory records through digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper labeling
- Participate in monthly safety audits and equipment maintenance routines
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we provide all required training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
