Responsibilities
- Complete paid training program covering safety, equipment operation, and workflow processes
- Perform nightly inventory management, order picking, and packing duties
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly production goals
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
