Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with efficient stacking and placement protocols
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA compliance standards
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to off-site industrial location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
