Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training completion
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized inventory systems and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments
- Complete digital inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
