Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming inventory with scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipmentMaintain clean, OSHA-compliant workstations
- Operate electric pallet jacks (training provided)
- Participate in daily safety briefings
- Complete inventory counts monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to North MPLS facility
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
