Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid certification
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and tracking
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production goals
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville, FL facility
