Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory items using handheld scanners and packing equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets company standards before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets and deadlines
- Complete digital inventory logs and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines during all operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
