Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipment deadlines
- Adhere to all safety procedures including PPE usage and equipment checks
- Document workflow activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Availability to work 11 PM – 7 AM, Monday–Friday
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
