Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with proper stacking and labeling protocols
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to the night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
