Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our 10 PM - 6 AM shift schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
