Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process inbound shipments and organize storage areas efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our East Side facility
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 11 PM - 7 AM consistently
