Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain organized inventory through regular cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant work areas
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation to our Oklahoma City facility
