Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records
- Package and prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
