Role Overview:
As a Night Shift Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate technical challenges and ensuring they maximize the value of our services. You will work in a collaborative team setting to resolve tickets efficiently and empathetically.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for clients with patience and accuracy.
- Guide users through complex technical procedures, ensuring they understand the resolution steps.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to hand over unresolved issues and share knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company call scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic proficiency with Windows, macOS, and web browsers.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule (must be available for rotating shifts if applicable).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup are mandatory.
