Responsibilities
- Monitor and sort incoming/outgoing packages using barcode scanning systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols during all shift activities
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Support quality control inspections on high-volume shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift scheduling
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
