Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained and organized.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow and resolve operational challenges during the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet company quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically the Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
