What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails during night shift hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software and internal systems under supervision.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update ticket statuses.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) or ability to commute to Dallas, TX.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
