Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during night shift hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for our clients using our guided scripts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while resolving customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software windows simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
