Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during evening and night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using our proprietary software and tools.
- Follow detailed scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to resolve escalated tickets and complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on our products and services to improve satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and performance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
