Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails during the night shift hours.
- Resolve customer issues and questions with empathy and accuracy.

- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts provided during training.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
