Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Process customer orders and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Learn and utilize internal CRM and ticketing systems during training and employment.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and response times.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable computer and internet connection (home office setup provided).
- Basic typing and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to work the night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
