Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally during night hours.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the senior team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
