Role Overview:
As a Night Shift Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during the evening hours. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience, even when the rest of the world is asleep.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical or service-related issues for entry-level users.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a high-volume call center environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications

- Ability to work rotating night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
