Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during the night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Resolve client issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team leads.
- Contribute to daily team meetings to align on service goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work a rotating night schedule.
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
