Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Enter and update customer data into our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be available to work 3rd Shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
